From brief to working POC in a day
How we turn a problem statement into a clickable proof of concept before any contract is signed.
Proposals describe what might happen. A working prototype shows it. So we start with the prototype.
Step one: the north star
Before anything is built, we write one sentence that says what success looks like and how it is measured. If we cannot write it, we are not ready to build.
Step two: one hypothesis
We pick the single assumption that, if true, moves the north star the most. The POC exists only to make that assumption testable.
Step three: the smallest build
We build the thinnest version that a real user can click through. Not a mockup: working screens, real states, and a flow you can hand to a customer.
